Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PM/Night Auditor to join our front office team. This dual-role position covers both evening and overnight shifts and is essential in ensuring smooth front desk operations reconciling financial transactions and delivering top-tier service to our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Manage evening and overnight front desk operations including guest check-ins check-outs and room assignments.
- Perform nightly financial audits and balance daily revenue and transactions.
- Generate and distribute daily reports for management review.
- Handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests with professionalism and care.
- Maintain the security and safety of the property during overnight hours.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g. housekeeping maintenance) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a clean organized and professional front desk area.

Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in front desk operations or night audit preferred
Strong communication interpersonal and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight shifts
Proficient in basic math and computer systems; experience with hotel PMS a plus
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to comply with safety health and legal regulations
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
Availability to work PM and overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
