Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Optical Manager to join this growing private practice. In this role you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the optical department ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optical sales and management combined with a passion for helping customers find the perfect eyewear solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the optical sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the optimal selection of frames and lenses.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge sales techniques and customer service excellence.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay of $25.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience
- Bonus incentives averaging approximately $1000 per month
- Tuesday - Saturday schedule

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading teams customer service and sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Previous experience in optical sales and management is required.
- Detail-oriented with a keen understanding of optical products and trends.
