• Perform kitchen remodeling tasks including cabinet installation drawer boxes hardware countertops tile trim and painting
• Follow detailed project plans and communicate progress with the team lead
• Maintain a clean safe and organized job site
• Work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
• Use various hand and power tools to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Support lead installer and project manager to finish projects on time and with quality
• Represent the company professionally with homeowners and team members

• 23 years of experience in kitchen remodeling cabinetry or finish carpentry
• Comfortable with tools and eager to expand your skillset
• Punctual dependable and coachable
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in a physically active environment

• Cabinet refacing or painting experience
• Spanish-speaking ability
• Interest in growing into a lead-level role
