Applications and Systems Engineer

As a Senior Applications Engineer you will play a critical role in helping customers maximize the value of OptimalPlus GO. Your technical expertise and customer-centric approach will ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our software solutions. Come join our team!

IN THIS ROLE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Customer Collaboration
  • Partner with customers to understand their unique requirements and challenges.
  • Work cross-functionally to design and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.
• Analytics & Rule Development
  • Develop and enhance analytic dashboards that provide actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain custom rules to detect anomalies trends and opportunities in customer data.
• Technical Support & Case Management
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
  • Deliver timely effective support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Account Growth & Expansion
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Recommend additional features modules or services that align with customer objectives.

WHO YOU ARE:

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Engineering or Technical/Design
• Familiarity with semiconductor yield management and product/test engineering.
• Legal Authorization to work in the United States sponsorship will not be provided for this role
• Proficiency in Python R and JavaScript.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts including model building and generation.
• Experience in designing and building dashboards using BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and version control systems (e.g. Git).
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional team environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

• Masters degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Engineering or Technical/Design
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with yield management tools.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $130000 - $140000 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
