What You Will Achieve

In this role you will:

  • Conduct and support laboratory operations including sample preparation data collection and analysis

  • Apply technical skills to assignments ensuring high-quality results and solving moderately complex problems with sound judgment

  • Follow procedures with general instructions maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and working under moderate supervision

  • Identify activities to support team goals contributing to overall project success and ensuring adherence to project timelines

  • Perform testing on clinical and commercial products raw materials and validation samples maintaining a neat and orderly work area

  • Independently write Standard Operating Procedures technical reports project plans and other documents

  • Train junior colleagues develop training plans oversee training activities and handle laboratory investigations for events and Out of Stock results

  • Create review and approve compliant test method transfer and validation protocols reports and equipment qualification/computer validation records

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience OR an associates degree with 4 years of experience OR a bachelors degree with 0 years of experience.

  • Above years of relevant work experience with the below experience:
  • Experience authoring editing reviewing of documents

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Project planning experience
  • Lean or Six Sigma experience
  • Ability to gain insight into the diverse processes in sterile injectables manufacturing and apply this knowledge in the creation of test methods and procedures.
  • Experience and knowledge with SOPs.
  • Proven leader either through direct leadership or indirectly through project completion that include multiple team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • No unique physical requirements
  • Mental: Remains organized and positive in ambiguous and fast-paced rapidly changing situations. Ability to analyze data from detailed schedule and risk management tools. Interface effectively with multiple stakeholder groups. Ability to multi-task and be successful working through frequent interruptions of normal routing.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Monday-Friday: First Shift
  • There are no out of the ordinary travel or shift requirements associated with the position.
  • Individual will be expected to work nonstandard schedule as needed to support the business objectives.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $66500.00 to $110900.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
