The Business Intelligence Team directly reports to the CEOs Office at WeWork India. We strongly believe that data sits at the center of our business providing insights into the effectiveness of our physical and digital products & features. The intent of the BI & Analytics team is to power the growth of the company by supplying the right insights and enabling teams as well as the Leadership to take the best decision for the organization. The focus of the BI Team at WeWork India has been on building the right dashboards that provide data that can not only be consumed but can also be actioned upon. With some of the base work completed the BI Team is now focused on more intuitive dashboards and data that would centralise all reporting and utilisation of data in the organization.
As an Analyst the candidate will play a key role in managing our master data set developing reports and troubleshooting data issues.
To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail experience as a business data analyst and deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases with the goal of providing the insights required to power our organizations growth. The role will also require some knowledge of data engineering and exploring the source systems from which data flows into our central data warehouses.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and leadership to collect and analyze the data from various sources. Particularly important to the role is the ability to communicate effectively and to maintain open lines of communication with team members and stakeholders.
You will work closely within the BI team to support them in the process of dashboard development as well as other key analytics projects. The candidate should be a team player with the ability to fit into the role of supporting the team members with the development as well as testing of reports.
