- Designation Travel Consultant
- Qualification Graduation with Diploma/Degree/Masters/BVOC in Travel
- Work Timings 10am to 7pm
- Working Days Monday to Saturday
- Work Location Mulund West
- Salary - Best in industry
- Other Employee Benefits 12 PLs and 10 Public Holidays
- Experience 2 years
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused candidate to manage travel inquiries prepare quotations handle end-to-end tour operations and build strong relationships with new and repeat guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in and online inquiries and convert them into bookings
- Prepare customized travel quotations and itineraries
- Coordinate with Veena World backend teams for bookings and operations
- Assist clients with visa documentation and travel insurance
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and old guests
- Drive repeat bookings through targeted sales and marketing efforts
- Manage client communication payment follow-ups and documentation
- Ensure smooth tour execution and post-tour follow-ups
- Meet sales targets and support local marketing activities
Requirements:
- 24 years of experience in travel sales and operations
- Experience in preparing quotations visa and insurance handling
- Excellent client servicing and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and destination knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office email and CRM tools
- Familiarity with Veena World systems is a plus
Other Details
- May have to go out to nearby societies for promotional activities.
- Hindi Marathi and English compulsory.
- Candidate with Travel Background.
