Your Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality care and education who thrives in a nurturing child-centred environment. You will play a key role in supporting childrens learning and development planning engaging activities and working closely with colleagues parents and carers to ensure each child reaches their full potential. This is a fantastic chance to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and forward-thinking school community.
What we are looking for
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in childcare
- Achieved GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development
- Demonstrates a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Confident in implementing safeguarding procedures and maintaining appropriate boundaries
- Knowledge of keyworker systems health and safety in a nursery setting and equal opportunities
- Effective communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with children colleagues and parents
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

The Details
Start Date: September 2025
FTE Salary range: GLF Associate 2 Point 1 2298.66 to Point(DOE)
Pro-rata (actual) Starting Salary: 17722.21 to 19316.94 (DOE)
Hours: 8:15am-3:15pm Monday - Friday 32.5 hours per week 39 weeks per year (term time)
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 31 Aug 2025 (Please note: As the school is currently closed for the summer holidays there may be a delay in communication. Shortlisting and interviews will take place at the start of September).
