Amazon Hub Delivery allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. This is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel and is on an exponential growth trajectory globally.
Hub Delivery is looking for a Quality Manager to develop integrate and execute global strategies policies programs procedures standards training and processes to ensure the compliance of Hub partners and delivery associates. This individual is also expected to drive end-to-end improvements.
Key job responsibilities
Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs ensuring successful delivery.
Develop and refine program strategies effectively leading and motivating teams.
Set clear objectives for programs leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios applying creative problem-solving skills.
Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.
Bridge gaps to target preventing common pitfalls.
Identify and mitigate risks preventing them from escalating into major issues.
Regularly communicate with senior managers and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
Control KPI reporting (XBRs) ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in last mile operations
