We build and operate IT business applications (B2E) for customers in Switzerland based on Microsoft technologies (Azure Dynamics 365 Microsoft 365). Happy customers and happy users are the foundation for our continued growth. As a Project Manager you play a central role in the further development of our business applications.
In this role you will lead and manage end-to-end projectsfrom requirements analysis to the successful implementation of innovative value-driven solutions. You will work closely with clients developers and other consultants to drive digitalization and process efficiency through technology.

How your day will look like
- You will lead exciting projects ensuring quality timelines and budget alignment.
- Analyze client needs and design tailored solutions using Power Platform technologies.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and present progress to decision-makers at all levels.
- Collaborate with your team to implement robust scalable solutions across Microsoft environments.
- Contribute to long-term client relationships and support change management and user adoption.
- Advise clients on best practices and innovation opportunities within the Power Platform ecosystem.
Your profile
- You are an open customer- and solution-oriented personality with a getting-things-done attitude excellent at communicating with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels.
- Experience in IT project managementpreferably with an external service provider.
- A university degree in Business Informatics Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Native level of German and very good level of English (minimum C1 level).
