Duties
Lead therapeutic and trauma-informed practice implementation
Coach and mentor leaders and frontline staff
Align frameworks with state/national OOHC legislation
Drive continuous improvement and practice innovation
Collaborate with policy systems and quality teams
Skills & Experience
Extensive OOHC or child protection leadership experience
Strong knowledge of OOHC legislation (VIC QLD SA WA)
Proven ability leading multi-site coaching teams
Expertise in trauma attachment and permanency planning
Skilled in reflective practice and supervision
