What You Will Achieve
Working with Pfizers dynamic engineering team you will play a critical part in managing the maintenance and reliability engineering activities involving the redesign maintenance and repair of utilities systems buildings and production/non-production equipment.
You will be a team member who is relied on to have a good understanding of procedures techniques tools materials and equipment. Your decision making will help you prioritize workflows based on the available resources. You will follow standard procedures to complete tasks some of which may vary in scope sequence complexity and timing. You will contribute to the teams success by sharing your previously acquired knowledge.

How You Will Achieve It
Provides coordination and assistance to the Facilities Department Managers
Maintains current information on all contracts and projects
Provides assistance with budget preparation and control
Provides detailed reports as needed on all facility activities and projects
Manages work requests coming into the EAMS and reviews them for accuracy and completeness
Enters and monitors information entered into EAMS for accuracy and compliance with existing format and protocols
Provides asset management oversight in EAMS. Asset management includes watching incoming new asset requests and building EAMS hierarchy
Processes scans and attaches incoming attachments electronically to work orders
Places service orders contract renewals and parts orders for staff. Monitors purchase orders for completion and communicates purchase order updates to purchasing or finance
Tracks and monitors site utility bills and reviews them for discrepancy
Acts as the point of contact for all building and equipment repairs or emergencies
Point of contact for all finance questions for the department
Fully comply with all company health and safety procedures and practices
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Generally 6 years of experience in office administration dispatch and record keeping.
CMMS/EAMS/ERP experience.
Demonstrated experience in word processing electronic spreadsheets and database software programs.
Excellent computer user skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills decision making and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Previous Biopharma experience.
Preferred knowledge and understanding of technical laboratory equipment and related maintenance requirements.
Preferred knowledge and familiarity of standard construction contracts and documents.
Knowledge of Food and Drug Administration PSM Good Manufacturing Practices also cGMP policies and procedures.
Physical/Mental Requirements
Sitting Standing Walking occasionally moving equipment.
Non-Standard Work Schedule Travel or Environment Requirements
Occasional seasonal overtime working in multiple locations.
