About the Role: Sr. Lead Software Developer Enterprise Data Management

The Team: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will provide technical leadership in building enhancing and optimizing our enterprise data management solutions. The Lead Developer will ensure efficient data processing governance and integration across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering software development and enterprise data architecture combined with leadership experience.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Lead the design development and maintenance of robust EDM solutions to support business needs.

  • Oversee the implementation of data ingestion validation and transformation pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured data.

  • Guide the development and optimization of SQL databases for data storage retrieval and reporting.

  • Ensure high data quality and compliance with regulatory and security requirements.

  • Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to design scalable data solutions providing technical leadership and mentorship.

  • Automate data workflows monitoring and alerting to improve system performance and resilience.

  • Manage system integrations including APIs ETL/ELT processes and cloud-based data services.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related technical issues ensuring high availability and reliability.

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management and cloud computing and lead the team in adopting best practices.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $117034 to $166000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
