Position Overview
Were hiring a Product Owner to lead the Workforce Management suite specifically the Scheduling and Attendance modules with a focus on long-term care and skilled nursing environments. This role is strategic and executional: youll define product vision prioritize features and ensure we meet complex compliance and operational needs in healthcare.
To succeed here you must bring deep expertise in workforce scheduling and attendance a hands-on approach and fluency in the regulatory and operational challenges faced by SNFs and healthcare providers.
The Ideal Candidate
You understand how SNFs operate how shift call-outs derail coverage and how PBJ reporting keeps admins up at night.
Youre tech-savvy regulatory-aware and energized by solving big practical problems for people on the front lines of healthcare.
You collaborate with engineers analysts and designers with ease and you can talk roadmap with leadership or user pain points with a nurse manager.
