Job Description
Job Title: Packer Operator
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Wasco CA
Salary Range: $17.00/hour (DOE)
Shifts: Day Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM 2:30 AM (Rotating Schedule)
Position Summary:
Key Staffing is hiring dependable Packer Operators for a production facility in Wasco CA. This role is responsible for operating packaging equipment monitoring production output and ensuring accurate labeling and packing of goods. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work pay attention to detail and thrive in a team-oriented fast-paced environment.

Performance Objectives:
Operate and monitor packaging line machinery efficiently
Ensure proper packaging labeling sealing and stacking of products
Complete production documentation and quality checks accurately
Maintain cleanliness of packaging area and equipment
Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
Follow all workplace safety procedures and company protocols
Key Competencies:
Attention to detail and consistency in repetitive tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
Strong communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety
Adaptability to changing production demands and schedules
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a packaging production or manufacturing role preferred
Forklift Certification required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to stand bend and move for long periods
Comfortable working in a production environment around powders and machinery
