Job Description:
As a Client Service Associate at Style Netbox you will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and our creative team. Your role is to ensure an exceptional client experience by managing inquiries supporting project timelines and fostering strong lasting relationships with our partners. Your attention to detail communication skills and client-focused mindset will help drive successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for client communications.
Support account managers and creative teams with project coordination.
Maintain and update client records and service logs.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in organizing client meetings follow-ups and service reviews.
Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables are on schedule.
Gather and relay client feedback to internal departments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service client relations or administrative support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with office software (MS Office CRM tools project tracking platforms).
Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
