What success looks like in this role:
Grow Leaders Be a Talent Architect a Trusted Partner a Champion of Innovation:
* Engage with business leaders & HRBPs to understand business objectives diagnose and assess required organizational leadership and performance capabilities
* Stay updated with leadership development trends - skills tools and frameworks & apply them
* Discover impactful insights and make performance / capability enhancing recommendations to supported stakeholders
* Design develop and execute leadership development journeys and interventions
* Do program management leadership development journeys and interventions
* Facilitate leadership development workshops at mid-leadership level
* Track and report learning outcomes behavioral change and business impact
* Develop strong relationships internally and with external resources / vendors

You will be successful in this role if you have:
