Those in cloud operations at PwC will focus on managing and optimising cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and high availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring troubleshooting and implementing industry leading practices for cloud-based systems.

Job Summary:
- In this role candidate is required to have extensive experience managing Citrix Virtual Desktop environment for various customers.
Responsibilities:
Must have skills:
- Experience in designing developing and debugging scalable End User Computing Solutions
- Demonstrable technical experience with VDI operation managing Citrix Receiver
- Good understanding of the Citrix Virtual Desktop architecture
- Experience designing and troubleshooting for user identities and profiles active directory GPOs
- Experience implementing managing and troubleshooting networking & storage for Citrix virtual desktops
- Experience creating and troubleshooting managed pooled and personal VDI
- Proficient knowledge of Image creation/customization/upgrades
- Involved in operations support at L2/L3 level and flexibility to work in shifts.
- Proficient Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Work with third-party vendors / professional services and in-house developers as necessary
- Should possess end to end incident problem management with RCA
- Strong ITIL Process knowledge
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good Communication Skill & ready to take challenges -
- To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management Training freshers coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.
- To adhere to quality standards regulatory requirements and company policies
Good to have skills :
- Understanding on Azure environment
- Understanding of other Virtualization tools like VMWare Horizon etc.
- Well versed with security aspects and maintain system security as per industry standards.
- Understanding of Network (DNS Firewall/proxy Micro Segmentation). Storage Virtualizations
- Review and recommend improvements within existing technical environment
- Should ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
- Should participate or contribute in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans and automation.
