L2 (Desktop) ICT support services expertise both in person and virtually via email phone MS Teams etc.
Experience in provision of installation and break-fix services for software desktop hardware printers and networking infrastructure.
ITIL V3 certified (preferred)
Proficient in incident problem and risk management practices.
Diligent in logging and updating ITSM tickets and records.
A high focus on customer satisfaction
Skilled in support of Microsoft M365 application suite and legacy Microsoft applications.
Able to support legacy and / or bespoke software platforms with guidance.
Able to perform moves ads and changes (MACs) on a regular basis.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Must be an Australian Citizen.
NV1 security clearance is must to have for this role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
