Full-Time Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Location: Southern New Hampshire Health Nashua NH
Position Type: Full-Time Days Outpatient
Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our expanding Dermatology team. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work in a collegial patient-focused environment that emphasizes quality and innovation in care.

Position Overview:
As a Dermatology APP you will collaborate with board-certified dermatologists in a busy well-established outpatient practice. Youll provide a wide range of dermatologic care including general dermatology and minor procedures in a setting that supports autonomy continued learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage common dermatologic conditions such as acne eczema psoriasis and skin cancers.
- Conduct skin checks and skin cancer screenings.
- Perform office-based dermatologic procedures including cryotherapy biopsies and excisions.
- Provide patient education and counseling on treatment plans and preventative skin care.
- Document all care provided using the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Work collaboratively with physicians nurses and support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Qualifications:
Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain).
- At least 12 years of dermatology experience preferred; new graduates with strong dermatology rotations or clinical interest may be considered.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
