Job Description
General Cleaner at 1 Stone Solutions
St Agnes - 9000 Bellaire Blvd. Houston TX77036
Full Time : Monday - Friday (Night shift) 40 hours/week 3pm- 11pm
Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/ Hr
Location: Houston TX
Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old.
- For safety reasons you must be able to speak English.
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
- Six months to one-year experience as a head custodian is preferred.
- Bilingual is a MUST.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Job Duties:
- Supervise 12 -15 employees
- Supervise areas make sure areas are clean.
- Maintain a great relationship with the client.
- Keep inventory on supplies
- Report to Supervisor for any issues timekeeping etc...
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping moping dusting and polishing
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Clean common areas
- General cleaning
