Job Description

Always Best Care is looking to add a receptionist to our Home Health energetic team. We offer $17/hr and position is available immediately. We believe in healthy work/life balance for all our employees!

Work Hours

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Work Location: 8333 2nd Street NW Suite B Albuquerque NM 87114

  • 90% in the office and 10% errands/NOT REMOTE

Compensation

  • hourly pay $17/hr
  • This position is a non-exempt hourly position.
  • PTO and Sick Leave
  • Paid Holidays.
  • Medical/Dental/Vision package offered after 90 days of employment. You must keep and maintain a 40-hour work week consecutively for three months. Employer pays one half (1/2) of the Premium for employee only.
  • one hour lunch break

Responsibilities

  • Greet Guest answer general information questions screen visitors and delivers messages
  • Answer phones process mail and UPS/ light clerical duties
  • Types memos correspondence agendas and reports as required
  • Maintain files for the Owner/Agency
  • Set up physical folders for new clients and assist when needed
  • Make sure Staffing Coordinator and Caregivers get copies of plans for new patients and changes
  • Type proposals/quotes as needed
  • Order office supplies bathroom and new equipment as approved
  • Maintain paper stock for copier and fax machine
  • Keep workroom area tidy/clean
  • Maintain stock of toilet paper paper towels soap etc. for restrooms
  • General filing
  • Present a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting and co-workers
  • Foster goodwill and teamwork amongst all employees and customers

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must have High School Diploma
  • Must have six months office experience
  • Must possess typing and other clerical skills
  • Knowledge of office practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of computing hardware and software resources including web activity
  • Interpersonal/ human relation skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Program coordination skills
  • Organizational/planning skills
  • Accounting and bookkeeping skills
  • Ability to compose and edit correspondence
  • Ability to prepare reports and publications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Summary

The Receptionist will work closely with the executive team and the staff to ensure that all back-office functions related to the operation of the business are performed effectively. The Receptionist assists the owner with specific duties as required. Confidentiality is imperative as duties may require assistance with personal information of the owner.
