Compensation is $12-17 per hour plus tips. Additionally there is a $2 shift differential on qualifying shifts. Qualifying shifts include:
- Friday: Employee ends work after 6pm
- Saturday: All day
- Sunday: All day
For this position we are looking for people to work weekdays and weekends. The scheduled shifts will vary as needed but will be between the hours of 9:00 am - 9:00 pm.
Open shifts are currently open and/or becoming available in August include:
Monday: 10am or 12pm-6:30pm
Tuesday: 10am - 2:30pm or 3:00pm
Wednesday: 10am-6:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9am-4pm 11am-6pm 12pm-8pm
Wed love to have new team members training in August and early September and we hope to hire people that can pick up at least 2 of the available shifts and work with us through early January.
The opportunities to pick up more hours earn a promotion to shift lead and stay on with us year round are available as well.

- Learn our brand story and be prepared to share with curious customers
- Maintain solid accurate and current product knowledge for all categories by completing product knowledge training and reading applicable publications as directed
- Warmly welcome guests into our store provide a brief store tour and invite them to explore the flavors by lifting lids and smelling the jars
- Stay engaged with guests throughout their time in the store answering product questions and making suggestions for use
- Explain promotions and the benefits our loyalty program
- Efficiently use POS system to complete sales process gift cards returns exchanges and phone orders
- Replenish shelves and displays as needed and note low stock levels as per standard operating procedure
- Strictly adhere to all Food Safety rules and regulations
- Package product for display as needed and directed by store manager
- Help maintain store appearance by contributing towards daily chores and cleaning
- Comply with operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation of the store to help everything run smoothly from day to day
- Willingness to go above and beyond because it makes you feel good

- Know your alphabet and a lover of all things organized
- Comfortable with computers using the internet and printing.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
