How youll make an impact
Lead the execution of service and project orders from start to finish
Collaborate with sales during the quoting process to assess risks and ensure feasibility
Manage documentation and scheduling using SAP and MSA tools
Coordinate field service handoffs and confirm resource availability
Communicate directly with customers on project updates warranty issues and energized-first orders
Oversee logistics for parts materials and on-time delivery
Guide field teams and contractors on GIS installations and turnkey projects
Issue and manage change and return notifications for service and project orders
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines
Your background
Bachelors degree in engineering
10 years of experience in project management customer support or contract order execution
Strong knowledge of high voltage products and GIS installations
Proficiency in SAP (CS and PS modules preferred)
Excellent communication organization and leadership skills
Willingness to travel occasionally
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
