How youll make an impact

• Lead the execution of service and project orders from start to finish

• Collaborate with sales during the quoting process to assess risks and ensure feasibility

• Manage documentation and scheduling using SAP and MSA tools

• Coordinate field service handoffs and confirm resource availability

• Communicate directly with customers on project updates warranty issues and energized-first orders

• Oversee logistics for parts materials and on-time delivery

• Guide field teams and contractors on GIS installations and turnkey projects

• Issue and manage change and return notifications for service and project orders

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines

Your background

• Bachelors degree in engineering

• 10 years of experience in project management customer support or contract order execution

• Strong knowledge of high voltage products and GIS installations

• Proficiency in SAP (CS and PS modules preferred)

• Excellent communication organization and leadership skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
