THE GIST:
Our client an impressive tech entrepreneur seeks an experienced Personal Assistant/Estate Manager to support their family in Hillsborough CA. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience supporting UHNWIs in a personal capacity and can expertly oversee the day to day of multiple properties. Role requires a reliable form of transportation and occasional onsite visits to the familys other Bay Area-based property.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Manage multiple residences in the Bay Area (mainly based in Hillsborough)
- Act as main point of contact for projects & renovations oversee logistics and manage timelines
- Respond to any household emergencies or issues sometimes outside of traditional business hours
- Collaborate with vendors contractors and property maintenance teams
- Coordinate with principals Executive Assistant on scheduling and logistics
- Arrange personal travel arrange transportation and book accommodations & reservations
- Plan & execute dinners social events and family gatherings
- Assist with hiring for household staff
- Maintain & service vehicles
- Run daily errands and oversee general household operations
- Keep track of expenses invoices and payments
- Assist with other projects and tasks as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Estate Manager
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Experience supporting a UHNWI or high-level executive highly preferred
- Flexibility to travel to other Bay Area-based properties as needed
- Ability to respond to issues after hours and be onsite if needed
- Expert ability to anticipate the needs of others and service-oriented mindset
- Proactive and adaptiveapproach to issues & opportunities
- Keen attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Polished & professional communication style

COMPENSATION:$150000-$180000/yr base salary benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills experience and expertise)
