Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Branch Manager - FFF Fabrication at our Fort Myers FL location. This location sells Fire Protection Products and services.

This position leads local operations of this location which includes a will call counter inside sales team fabrication production facility and warehouse. The successful candidate will establish relationships with customers vendors and associates to grow sales of all fire protection products including but not limited to pipe valves fittings tools fabrication and design services.

Position Details

  • Reports to the Area Manager
  • Direct oversight of approximately 3-4 associates

Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations including inventory shipments and customer service.
  • Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse and customer service personnel.
  • Hands-on Role: Perform duties such as shipping receiving and customer service especially in coverage situations.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards company policies and legal requirements.
  • P&L Responsibility: Oversee financial performance budgeting and capital planning for the branch.
  • Customer and Internal Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Use data to make decisions and improve performance.
  • Supervisory Duties: Conduct all aspects of employee management including hiring and scheduling.
  • Provide leadership for the organizations customer-facing associates and branch functions
  • Develop a team with focus on customer service policy and strategy implementation
  • Run the overall operation of a branch location including hiring coaching and scheduling of employees to ensure efficient and quality branch operations
  • Maintain inventories at adequate levels promote sales and maintain the appearance of the branch
  • Build and maintain an environment of engagement by listening to feedback from leaders associates and customers and implementing solutions to solve problems
  • Analyze store data and identify areas of opportunity and implement solutions to continuously improve the overall performance of the location
  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies rules regulations and procedures

Qualifications

  • 1 years leadership/management experience is preferred but not required.
  • 2-3 years prior industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to lead and empower individuals and teams
  • Ability to organize prioritize multi-task and effectively lead through stressful situations
  • Proven track record to use data and metrics to implement effective solutions
  • Demonstrated success in problem solving and delivering results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range:

$4766.67 - $7625.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
