  • Developing implementing fand supporting facility management programs that impact preventative maintenance life-cycle analysis and improve reliability.
  • Programs include the following:
    • JCAP Compliance Program.
  • Arc Flash Program
  • TDP training Program
  • Fleet Management
  • Refrigerant Management Program
  • In-Sourcing Tracking Program
  • Asset Management program
  • Equipment Management
  • Conditions Assessment Program
  • Support Equipment validation/revalidation of assets across the portfolio.
  • Developing and implementing operational procedures and standards
  • Develop client relationships with key representatives in supporting clients corporate goals and objectives.
  • Develop relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Operations & Engineering metrics to support review of staffing and resources
  • Support operational and engineering with management assistance decision-making root cause analysis inspections and audit readiness etc.
  • Support work order management for staff and vendors as necessary
  • Ensure client satisfaction with clients at all levels in the organization; demonstrate leadership responsiveness and creativity.
  • Work together led by example be a team player and collaborate with other facilities managers chief engineers and co-workers.
  • Perform additional job duties as requested by the Director of Operations & Program Manager and Director of Engineering.

Summary of desired experience/qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or 7 or more equivalent work experience in Facilities or Property Management required day-to-day operations experience in a maintenance and engineering environment.
  • Well-rounded FM/PM background is required.
  • 5 years of experience of strong administrative and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of CMMS and/or other workflow database
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel Outlook Word etc.
  • Can establish priorities work autonomously and deliver results efficiently
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and employees verbally written
  • Must have and maintain a valid drivers license
