Inside Sales and Service Agent (Account Manager)
Job Summary
Looking for a professional and client-focused Inside Sales and Service Agent (Account Manager) to join a dynamic team. This fully remote position (must reside within 60 miles of Austin TX) offers the opportunity to manage a growing book of business primarily consisting of small commercial accounts and personal lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines a willingness to learn personal lines and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and values autonomy in their work.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a commercial book of business with opportunities to grow personal lines.
- Handle inbound leads market new business and manage renewals.
- Provide client-facing support guiding customers through their insurance needs with professionalism and expertise.
- Quote and market new and renewal business focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with a transparent and supportive team to achieve company goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines; willingness to learn personal lines is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Professional polished and client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Environment: Must have a dedicated home office setup (not a temporary or shared space).
- Location: Must reside within 60 miles of Austin TX.
