Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Ops Ownership: Solve strategic and operational problems across lead generation sales and account management.
  • End-to-End Project Execution: Translate business problems into plans and drive them independently to results.
  • Initiative Tracking: Monitor key GTM initiatives and update metrics across Teams Asana and dashboards.
  • Insights & Analysis: Analyse trends gaps and opportunities using Excel dashboards and team collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Work cross-functionally with Sales CS Product and Ops teams to keep projects on track.
  • Presentation & Storytelling: Build executive-ready decks and visuals to communicate findings clearly.

What Were Looking For

  • 3-6 years of experience (if MBA/MSc) in Revenue Ops Strategy Growth or Business Analytics
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint must be comfortable with modeling charting and deck building
  • Ability to own complex initiatives independently with high agency and clarity
  • Effective communicator with a bias for action and structured thinking
  • Experience managing multiple projects with cross-team collaboration

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle metrics like churn NRR and LTV
  • Exposure to SQL and BI tools like Looker Power BI or Tableau
