Position Summary:
- Be the face of the hotel - engaging and inspiring guests through each guest interaction from arrival to departure
- Respond to guest enquiries for special arrangements or services including but not limited to transportation reservations and dry cleaning
- Assist the Concierge team in general operational tasks whilst supporting other front office associates
- Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area reinforcing our commitment to wellness inside our walls and beyond
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
- Plan and execute team building activities for associates creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing
- Ensure all guests requirements and requests are anticipated and completed in a timely manner
- Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the department
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required tasks in a prompt & thorough manner
About You:
- A current drivers license
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Able to work overnight shifts
