Job Description
The Squarespace Channels and Services Channel Partner team focuses on supporting and empowering creative professionals to build sustainable businesses that help clients succeed on our platform. Since 2016 weve focused on expanding our offerings to engage and build our community. As we establish new ways to support our growing network were looking for a Community Coordinator to join the team.
This is a hybrid role working from our NYC office 3 days per week. You will report to the Team Lead Channel Partner Program.
Youll Get To
- Monitor and moderate the members-only Circle Forum to maintain a positive and constructive environment
- Address escalated Customer Support inquiries regarding Squarespace Circle and associated programs
- Provide operational and logistical support for work including 1:1 community calls user tests in-person and virtual events and solicitation of community feedback
- Develop and test community engagement tactics iterating on and documenting processes
- Build relationships with important community segments
- Work with product teams and support the roll out of new releases
- Provide other team members with community management support including identifying and sharing trends pain points and community sentiment
Who Were Looking For
- 1 years of experience in Community Management
- 1 years of project management or project coordination
- Experience working with multiple partners across different projects
- Sense of empathy for customers
- Experience with Squarespace or other content management systems

Cash Compensation Range: $46500 - $74750 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills experience and location among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and where applicable for eligible roles may include on-target commissions or overtime pay) Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
