Job Objective:
The Membership Program Administrative Assistant is an integral contributor to the support and satisfaction of current and prospective members of the Mozaic at Home Program. The role provides administrative support for the program maintains liaison with current and prospective members provides check-in calls with members assists with member requests executes follow-ups as directed by the Care Coordinator and Client Services Specialist coordinates educational marketing events and member social events and develops and distributes communication pieces to members.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: 2 or 4 yr. College degree in Human Services Communication or related field
Experience: Prior experience in a high-touch support or customer service role; administrative experience; competency in Microsoft Office Excel Power Point. Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills; ability to relate well to others both individually and in groups
Essential Job Functions:
Membership Services Support
- Serves as primary and initial contact for customer service-related calls fields questions and elevates issues. Works closely with the Care Coordinator and Client Services Specialist to ensure timely and appropriate follow-up with current and prospective members.
- Develops and executes membership-related communications (letters emails).
- Coordinates the scheduling of educational marketing events.
- Generates reports for insight into membership engagement.
Administrative Support
- Responsible for data quality ensuring contact information and critical data points are kept up to date.
- Prepare documents and mailings.
- Maintains accurate records for reports on membership activities.
- Administers the membership database updating contact and other information.
- Generate standard reports upon staff request.
- Organizes and maintains member files.
Event Support
- Supports the department in setting up events and managing invitation process.
- Ensure materials are available for meetings.
- Serves as the membership liaison for the event.
- Where appropriate follows up with attendees.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to speak clearly and be understood.
- Able to hear sounds within some background of noise as in answering the phone intercom etc.
- Visual acuity to see computers and read printed documents.
- Ability to use company software and equipment to accomplish electronic tasks.
- Ability to concentrate on fine details with interruptions.
- Ability to attend to tasks/functions for more than 60 minutes at a time.
- Ability to understand and relate to the reasons behind several related concepts.
- Ability to remember multiple tasks /assignments given to self and others over long periods of time.
- Ability to perform gross body coordination such as walking stooping filing etc.
- Ability to perform tasks which require hand eye coordination such as keyboard skills writing or picking up paper.
