JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Manufacturing Support Technician I (GMP Cleaning & Parts Support) to join our team in Bothell WA. In this role youll make sure our cleanrooms equipment and parts meet the highest quality standards. Your work helps keep our manufacturing process safe compliant and ready to produce lifechanging products for patients.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working in a clean organized environment following clear procedures and being part of a team that makes a real difference.
Schedule:
Front Half Days Sunday to Wednesday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Front Half Swing Sunday to Wednesday 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
Back Half Days Wednesday to Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Back Half Swing Wednesday to Saturday 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
Clean and sanitize cleanrooms production areas and equipment according to GMP guidelines and SOPs
Accurately document all cleaning and sanitization activities to meet regulatory requirements
Inspect sanitized areas to confirm cleanliness and GMP compliance
Order and restock facility supplies (like gowns disinfectants wipes) and keep inventory levels on track
Work with Quality Assurance to ensure cleaning protocols meet audit requirements
Help prepare for facility inspections and audits
Follow safety protocols for chemical handling waste disposal and equipment use
Safely transport parts between departments while maintaining traceability and compliance
Wash and sanitize parts to GMP standards
Operate autoclaves to sterilize parts according to procedures
Assemble and deliver part kits on time and with complete accuracy
Document all activities related to parts handling and sterilization to meet GMP/GDP standards
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment requesting replenishment as needed
Follow all established SOPs safety guidelines and quality standards
Able to identify and resolve routine issues using established procedures
Good communication skills to share information and raise concerns
Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
Effective written and verbal communication
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
02 years of related experience
Preferred:
Associates or Bachelors degree
Physical Requirements:
Ability to wear aseptic gowning and work in a cleanroom environment
Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
Sit and stand for extended periods
Available to work 12-hour shifts
COMPENSATION
$19.26-$24.09/hour
