A DAY IN THE LIFE
Product Marketing
Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing programs to drive US adoption/usage of assigned products / technologies.
Inventory planning including quarterly and yearly forecast and minimizing obsolescence
Act as a point of expertise for information on the product target market and competitors gather competitive intel and execute competitive campaigns to grow share.
Create and manage detailed product management plans including promotional activities and sales initiatives to advance our value proposition.
Manage capital programs and pathways including metrics around performance of programs and pathways
Keep marketing channels updated working collaboratively with other marketing personnel
Campaign Coordination
Develop campaign objectives priorities messaging content and key metrics
Direct integrated marketing plan and execution
Develop organize and support engaging assets and content to drive thought-leadership
Responsible for development of project budgets and control of spend
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers industry experts and internal teams.
MUST HAVE: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or advanced degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field of electrophysiology.
Nice to Have
Experience: 5 years in product or brand marketing in the Med Tech space
Communication Skills: excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Leadership Skills: proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Analytical Skills: strong ability to analyze complex data and market trends.
Travel: willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for market visits customer engagement and internal meetings.
