Job Description
Are you an experienced Civil General Foreman with a background in utility-scale solar construction While were not actively hiring for this role today were always looking to connect with top talent for future opportunities. What Youll Do (When the Time Comes)
- Supervise and direct all Foremen and technical leads on-site
- Schedule labor materials tools and equipment to maximize productivity
- Ensure safety quality and cost control across civil construction activities
- Collaborate with Trade Superintendents and Field Engineers
- Mentor and coach field teams while maintaining a professional and respectful work environment
- Ensure compliance with project specifications safety regulations and quality standards
- Maintain crew and equipment matrixes and support project planning and reporting
What We Look For
- Proven experience supervising civil crews on utility-scale solar EPC projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret prints and contract documents
- Familiarity with federal and state codes and safety regulations
- Valid drivers license and acceptable MVR
- Willingness to relocate to project sites as needed
