Job Summary

The Automotive Parts Manager creates lifetime customers by delivering an unsurpassed customer experience. This person needs to be able to navigate and direct the department to maintain and reach new heights in employee / customer satisfaction and profitability. Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality customer service and satisfaction at or above company standards.
  • Maintain good working relations with factories.
  • Must be results-driven highly energized customer service oriented leader and must have a passion for taking care of customers.
  • Excellent organization skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven record of success in dealership management.
  • 2-3 years Automotive experience.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle repairs.
  • Possess ability to lead a Service team to top-level performance.
  • Ensuring the service department operates under safe conditions according to established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal state and other mandated regulations.
  • Running efficient and profitable department.
  • Manage hiring and training of department associates.
  • Lead activities to keep customers coming back.
  • Providing the energy to motivate staff.
  • CSI evaluating and understanding processes - driving the results.
  • Setting a clear vision for the Department.
  • Building solid relationships with all departments.
  • Maintain employee performance standards.
  • Operational controls.
  • Department profitability.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years automotive parts experience.
  • DMS experience preferred.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to maintain an acceptable safe driving record.
  • Able to pass a background check and have a clean motor vehiclereport.
  • Ability to work productively in a team environment.
