Job Description
We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a leading value-based care organization in Peoria Arizona. This is aoutpatient role offering a healthy work-life balance and the flexibility to choose between 3 to 5 days per week Monday through Friday no weekends no call no after-hours.
About the role :
Flexible schedule: Choose 35 days per week
Consistent hours: MondayFriday 8 AM to 5 PM
Fully outpatient no inpatient responsibilities
Well-supported clinics with clinical & admin teams

Who Were Looking For:
MD or DO from an accredited program
Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
Active or eligible Arizona medical license
