Description

To assist in ensuring optimal usage of the AFGRI Equipment Gauteng space and a safe clean and professional environment as well as ensuring minimal disruption of operations.

Requirements

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

  • Minimum Grade 12
  • Secretarial Diploma
  • Certification as an Occupational Health & Safety Representative would be an added advantage

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years Administration work experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Supervising the provision of Front desk and catering services
  • Coordination of catering/events and front-of-house services.
  • Administration function
  • Catering team management
  • Frontline team management
  • Health and Safety
  • People Management

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES

  • Good management & Leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced coordination skills (Ability to plan organise prioritise and effectively coordinate.)
  • Working knowledge of SAP is essential
  • OHS Representative advantageous
  • Sound advanced administration skills with proficiency in the use of pcs (MS office and SAP)
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills to enable daily interaction with clients visitors and colleagues.
  • Ability to communicate in Afrikaans is an advantage
  • Telephone etiquette and the ability to handle queries in a professional manner
