What Youll Do
Provide on the job training to team members. Field process/policy questions to maintain healthy workflow and employee engagement.
Act as a change agent for the team.
Load balance work with other team members to ensure SLAs are any performance related concerns with Manager.
Resolves non-routine problems with specialized knowledge; support with escalations inquiries research and analysis.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices
Qualifications
3 years of financial services experience required
1 years of dispute experience to include debit card Zelle ACH and ATM transactions preferred
Team lead mentor and supervisory experience preferred

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $50000-$65000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
