Responsibilities & Impact:
- Apply AI and machine learning to enhance product capabilities automate workflows and deliver intelligent user experiences.
- Lead the product development lifecycle (PDLC) for select featuresfrom ideation through launch and iteration.
- Translate customer business and technical requirements into clear documentation and actionable plans.
- Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
- Conduct ROI analysis and use data to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with design engineering and business teams to drive adoption and deliver value.
- Evangelize product features internally and externally co-authoring launch materials and presenting to stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and NPS to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead feature development through the full PDLC.
- Experience with backlog management requirements gathering and feature testing.
- Basic analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs NPS and ROI analysis.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Enthusiasm for AI and a foundational understanding of how it can be applied to product development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or working on AI-powered product features.
- Experience in retail e-commerce or international product domains.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira Quantum or Confluence.
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Experience managing ambiguous feature requests and aligning stakeholders on roadmap priorities.
- A track record of championing innovation and driving adoption of emerging technologies.
