Job Title: Team Lead - Mental Health Hospital
Location: Widnes
Pay Rate: 45 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is actively recruiting for aDeputy Managerposition at aprivate mental health hospital in Widnes. The role is open to qualifiedOccupational TherapistsSocial Workers orRegistered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs)with leadership experience in mental health hospital settings.
The Deputy Manager will:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team.
- Champion adult safeguarding.
- Drive recovery-focused care.
- Support service users in achieving personal goals and reintegration into the community.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience supervising and managing teams
- Background in mental health hospital settings
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Low Secure Unit for Men with Mental Illness/Personality Disorder
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
Occupational therapist or Social Work or RMN
