Salary: 40000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

An established independent Estate & Lettings Agency in Fleet is looking for a motivated and experienced Property Management Team Leader. This role involves overseeing the property management team maintaining high levels of customer service and ensuring compliance with lettings legislation.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Leading motivating and mentoring a busy property management team
- Overseeing day-to-day operations within the Property Management department
- Managing relationships with landlords tenants and contractors
- Handling complex tenancy issues and resolving problems efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation (including ASTs)
- Maintaining high customer service standards
- Supporting the ongoing development of team members
- Reporting performance and progress to senior management
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in residential property management
- Knowledge of ASTs and current lettings legislation
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- High level of customer service and communication skills
- Calm and efficient under pressure
- Familiarity with the local Fleet area (preferred)
- Full driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
- ARLA qualified or willing to study toward qualification
