What we want
The Program Coordinator II under general supervision works collaboratively with the leadership of Center on the Structural Constitution to plan develop and implement programs. This position will include the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Four years of related experience office administration and/or event planning
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
Knowledge of word processing spreadsheet and database applications
Verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
Planning and organization skills
Responsibilities
Program Planning Implementation and Evaluation
Plans and coordinates logistical and administrative support for meetings receptions conferences speeches lectures panels colloquia seminars and other special events and provides on-site support
Reviews and monitors project and program timelines and proactively identifies potential problems and opportunities
Coordinates set-up and break-down of physical infrastructure for events
Assembles and maintains invitation lists
Reserves event spaces and arranges travel including accommodations and flight reservations for visiting speakers
Coordinates post-event follow-up activities and contacts
Support and Coordination
Provides administrative support for faculty and staff of the Center on the Structural Constitution
Interfaces and coordinates with other TAMU faculty and staff to support Center activities and events
Assembles and maintains contact lists and a variety of fiscal administrative and academic records
Researches and responds to inquiries about Center on the Structural Constitution
Coordinates inventory and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
Develops and maintains administrative office procedures
Fiscal Management and Budget Oversight
Purchases materials and coordinates catering facilities dcor and staffing for Center events
Assists in preparation and monitoring of budgets for programs and events
Submits and tracks requests for reimbursements
Monitors and ensures compliance with TAMU and School of Law policies and procedures and relevant regulations
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders
Reporting and Documentation
Prepares reports on program activities
