Under the direction of the Associate Director International Services the incumbent contributes to the successful transition and retention of students at Sheridan through the provision of supports and services related to safe off-campus housing. The incumbent facilitates educational awareness sessions and workshops for students staff and community members related to off campus housing; tenant rights; Be a Good Neighbour Guide and community safety. Furthermore the incumbent connects students with supports available through community partners and stays abreast of programming and resources available to students in the community. The Off-campus Housing Coordinator creates and updates a robust suite of informational resources (print digital) as well as communications related to off-campus housing and facilitates the collection and analysis of data on housing needs of Sheridan students as well as supports required for students transition to Sheridan and the community.

Your excellent problem-solving skills allow you to resolve unexpected challenges and come up with improvements to existing processes.
