We are looking for a Finance Manager to help steward our growth into this complex but fast-growing space. We are looking for a strategic and operationally-minded leader with a business partner mindset who is not afraid of ambiguity and challenge the status quo. You will be joining a high-performing fast-paced Finance team whose mission is to be the trusted strategic advisor to the business driving profitable growth and scale through innovation. This is a highly visible role within the finance team and requires a strong leader and open communicator.
Key job responsibilities
- Partnering with senior business leaders to develop and analyze progress towards strategic priorities.
- Controllership of the business. Fortify our core functions including coordinating streamlining and executing strategic planning and forecasting processes; automate where it makes sense to do so.
- Define key performance indicators and managing the review and reporting of those KPIs on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis.
- Develop and lead decision support analytics on new initiatives across businesses and cross-functional teams.
- Lead all short medium and long term financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with controls and systems and develop new processes to support the fast-growing business.
- 5 years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- BA or BS in Finance Accounting Business Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g. Engineering Math Computer Science) and 5 years of finance experience or Masters degree and 3 years of finance experience
- MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
