Personal Carer Traineeship BlueCare Community Care

  • Employment Status: Permanent Part Time

  • Location: Caboolture Elimbah & Surrounding Areas

  • Remuneration:$32.38 p/hr 12% Super Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KMs) Employee discounts

  • The Program: Complete a Certificate 3 in Individual Support with us while you earn an income. Well connect you with government funding so you complete the certificate at no cost. (valued at approx. $3650)

About the role:

As aPersonal Carer Traineeyoull provide care to your clients living in the community supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

  • Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities

  • In home personal care daily living assistance including showering personal hygiene meal preparation house cleaning laundry and ironing

  • Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan

  • Supporting with community based recreational and social activities

  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Role requirements:

  • Current Australian Drivers Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential

  • Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work- Essential

  • Experience with technology incl. smartphones tablets laptops etc

  • Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
