Personal Carer Traineeship BlueCare Community Care
Employment Status: Permanent Part Time
Location: Caboolture Elimbah & Surrounding Areas
Remuneration:$32.38 p/hr 12% Super Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KMs) Employee discounts
The Program: Complete a Certificate 3 in Individual Support with us while you earn an income. Well connect you with government funding so you complete the certificate at no cost. (valued at approx. $3650)

About the role:
As aPersonal Carer Traineeyoull provide care to your clients living in the community supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
In home personal care daily living assistance including showering personal hygiene meal preparation house cleaning laundry and ironing
Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Role requirements:
Current Australian Drivers Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work- Essential
Experience with technology incl. smartphones tablets laptops etc
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
