Job Title: Solar Power Solution Manager
Job Location: Bucharest Romania
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain close collaboration with internal Sales Service and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Conduct market analysis to support the definition of sales strategies and product roadmaps
- Lead product planning by analyzing technical requirements product functionality and licensing needs
- Deliver product and solution presentations to customers and channel partners
- Represent the company in technical seminars webinars and industry events
- Support customers with planning system configuration and resolving technical issues
- Monitor and analyze trends in the solar inverter market to inform product development
- Evaluate competitor strategies and operational approaches for benchmarking
- Collaborate with customers on technical solution validation and optimization ensuring leading-edge performance
- Translate customer technical requirements into tailored product and solution proposals
- Review and enhance technical solutions for key projects including cost estimations and bill of materials preparation
- Adhere to and execute internal processes in line with standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Support project bidding processes by preparing accurate quotations and BOMs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth
- Track purchase orders and maintain comprehensive project documentation
