Azienda operante nel settore dellimpiantistica di condizionamento con sede a Terni ricerca un/a segretario/a generale
Attivit previste :
- Per gestione amministrativa ;
- Redazione preventivi ;
- Coordinamento appuntamenti tecnici ;
- Contatto con fornitori e clienti.
Requisiti:
Conoscenza di software gestionali e del pacchetto Office;
Capacit di gestione del tempo e problem-solving;
Offerta:
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato dopo periodo di prova;
- Orario full-time dal luned al venerd ( 09:00 - 13:00 / 14:00 - 18:00)
- Inserimento in contesto dinamico con formazione iniziale prevista
