The Role
Were looking for a People Analytics Engineer to join our People & Culture team and play a pivotal role in transforming how we use data to make decisions about our most valuable assetour people. This role blends analytical thinking with business insight and requires a passion for solving problems that impact culture engagement and performance. Youll work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to uncover insights influence strategy and create scalable reporting systems.

What Youll Be Doing
- Own the data: Design and manage dashboards reports and KPIs that give visibility into employee lifecycle metricsfrom hiring and onboarding to engagement retention and offboarding.
- Build insight from complexity: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends opportunities and blind spots in our people processes.
- Enable decision-making: Partner with HR and leadership to inform decisions on workforce planning DEI initiatives performance management and more.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Talent Acquisition L&D Finance and IT to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems.
- Drive operational excellence: Help standardize people analytics processes and contribute to the development of scalable automated solutions.
- Tell compelling stories: Transform data into clear narratives that inspire action and align stakeholders around a shared vision.
What Were Looking For
Youre likely a great fit if you:
- Have 4 years of experience in analytics engineer people analytics or data analyst roleideally in a fast-paced scaling tech environment.
- Have 3 years of experience with BI tools like PowerBI.
- Are deeply comfortable with tools like SQL DBT AWS a GitHub for version control.
- Understand HRIS systems (e.g. Factorial Workday HiBob or similar) and have experience extracting and analyzing HR-related data.
- Are passionate about people and culturemotivated to make workplaces more fair inclusive and data-informed.
- Are business-minded: You understand how people data connects to broader business outcomes and growth levers.
- Have excellent communication skillsyou can translate complex data into insights that are actionable clear and engaging.
- Are detail-oriented autonomous and proactive. You see ambiguity as an opportunity not a blocker.
- Are comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Bonus Points if You:
- Have worked in a global or distributed company and are familiar with regional compliance and cultural nuances.
- Are familiar with engagement platforms like CultureAmp Peakon or Lattice.
- Are excited to work in a hyper-growth high-ownership environment where your work has real visible impact
- Have experience in People Analytics specifically within SaaS or HR Tech companies.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is 45.000 to 55.000 total compensation ESOP plan . We wont consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.
