chatlyn is the AIpowered unified inbox that funnels WhatsApp email Instagram and 15 other channels into one timelinealready trusted by 1000 hotels in 30countries. Fresh from a 8million SeriesA (June2025) were searching for a Product Owner to steer the roadmap of our ConversationalAI stack. Youll translate messy realworld guest requests into elegant promptdriven experiences that feel like magic (and scale like software).
Tasks
- Shape vision & roadmap: own the product backlog for our AI prompt engine and chat platform turning company goals into an ordered list of shippable value.
- Craft user stories: write crisp acceptance criteria that balance guest delight agent efficiency and technical feasibility.
- Prioritise ruthlessly: weigh impact effort and risk; keep the team focused on what matters most (yes the build/measure/learn loop).
- Collaborate crossfunctionally: pair with engineers designers and Customer Success to deliver releases on time and on spec.
- Tune prompts & flows: jump into the config UI experiment with system/user messages and verify endtoend behaviour.
- Validate with data: define success metrics (containment latency deflection) build lightweight dashboards and iterate when numbers sag.
- API sanitychecks: spin up Postman/Insomnia to poke endpoints inspect JSON payloads and keep integrations sane.
- Guard privacy & trust: ensure conversations stay GDPRcompliant and model choices align with our security policies.
Requirements
Musthaves
- Handson exposure to chatbots LLMs or conversational platforms.
- Comfortable with the HTTP request/response model and API tools (Postman or Insomnia).
- Proven track record of shipping features.
- Datadriven decisionmaker able to selfserve metrics (spreadsheets or BI).
- Strong written & verbal English; German is a bonus.
- EU work authorisation (or willingness to obtain).
